Purpose and Identity

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MyNoces platform by users (hereinafter "Users") for the creation, customization, and booking of honeymoon packages and other couple-related events.

Role of MyNoces

• MyNoces acts exclusively as a connecting platform between Users and partner hotels.
• MyNoces does not provide the services directly and is not a travel agency.
• The service contract is concluded directly between the User and the partner establishment.
• MyNoces cannot guarantee the quality, availability, or compliance of the services provided by partners.

Account Creation and User Information

• Creating an account is required to book a package.
• Users must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials confidential.
• All bookings made using your account are considered made by you.

Offers and Package Customization

• Offers displayed on MyNoces are provided by partners and may include accommodation, dining, decoration, activities, and other couple services.
• MyNoces strives to ensure the accuracy of information, including price, availability, and service description, but cannot guarantee real-time updates.
• Each package is customized according to User preferences. MyNoces is not responsible for errors in customization caused by partners.

Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings become final and binding upon online payment confirmation.
• A confirmation email is sent to the User.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during booking, including names, dates, and selected services.

Payment

• Payment is made exclusively online via the secure platform.
• MyNoces acts as a payment intermediary on behalf of partners.
• Payment confirms acceptance of the offer and the partner's specific conditions.
• MyNoces is not liable for fraudulent use of payment methods or failure of the payment provider.

Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation and refund conditions are set by each partner and communicated to Users before booking confirmation.
• In case of overbooking or unavailability of the reserved package, the partner must provide an equivalent alternative. MyNoces may assist the User in finding a replacement.
• If a booking is cancelled by the partner for reasons beyond the User's control, a full refund will be issued.

Reviews and Recommendations

• Users can submit reviews for booked packages.
• MyNoces may moderate or remove reviews deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
• Reviews are for informational purposes only and do not engage MyNoces' liability.
• MyNoces may offer personalized recommendations based on browsing history, searches, and User preferences.

Liability

• MyNoces acts as a technical intermediary only.
• Liability is limited to direct damages resulting from a proven technical malfunction of the platform.
• MyNoces is not responsible for services provided by partners, their quality, or disputes between Users and partners.

Personal Data

• Data collected is used for booking management, customer service, and platform improvement.
• Data processing complies with Moroccan law n° 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
• Users may exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete their data according to applicable law.

Force Majeure

MyNoces and partners are not liable for non-performance or delays caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, conflicts, network outages, or major technical failures.

Changes to Terms

MyNoces may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via the platform or email.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
